At Arrow we have an experienced team of 30+ staff with a manager available 24 hours a day. We operate 365 days a year, serving all transport requirements. We welcome local, long-distance, airport & seaport transfers, regular, corporate & luxury bookings across Sussex.

Telephone services
We believe humans still know best, if you call us you will always hear a familiar voice.
Ringing to check the progress of a vehicle? Our system will recognise you already have a booking and give you an ETA before connecting you to a telephonist.
Taxi arrived but running late? You will receive an automated call with the option to make your vehicle wait or leave. We do ask however that you always cancel a vehicle at the earliest possibility.
Track your vehicle by text
We automatically send you a text confirmation when a vehicle has been dispatched. Follow the link provided to track the progress of your vehicle.
You will be provided with vehicle details to ensure you find your taxi safely & a booking reference should you need to refer back to this journey.
